By placing an order with Sonu Computers, you agree to these terms. All rentals are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
Orders placed online are not confirmed until our customer care team contacts you and payment is received. We reserve the right to decline any order.
Payment is due before dispatch. We accept Cash on Delivery (Bengaluru), UPI transfer, NEFT/IMPS bank transfer, and other arrangements as agreed with our team.
The rental period begins from the date of delivery. Extensions must be requested at least 3 days before the end of the rental period. Additional rental charges apply for extensions.
You are responsible for the safe keeping of rented devices. Devices must be returned in the same condition. Normal wear is acceptable. Damage, theft, or loss may incur replacement charges.
Devices must be returned on or before the agreed return date. Late returns are charged at the daily rate. We arrange free pick-up for returns within Bengaluru.
Sonu Computers is not liable for any loss of data on rented devices. Please back up your data before returning devices.
