Return Eligibility

  • Rented devices must be returned in their original condition, free from damage or unauthorized modifications.
  • If a device is defective, damaged, or not functioning properly upon delivery, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving it to be eligible for a replacement.
  • Normal wear and tear are acceptable, but any significant damage may result in additional charges.

Exchange Policy

  • If you experience issues with a rented device, we will attempt to troubleshoot the problem remotely. If unresolved, we will provide a replacement of the same or similar model, subject to availability.
  • Exchanges are only permitted for functional issues; preferences or upgrades are not covered under the exchange policy during the rental period.

Return Process

  • Devices must be returned by the agreed-upon rental end date to avoid late fees.
  • All accessories, chargers, and provided packaging must be included in the return. Missing or damaged accessories may incur extra charges.
  • The return must be initiated by contacting our support team, and we will provide return shipping instructions or arrange pickup, depending on the rental agreement.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds for defective devices are processed only if a replacement is not available.
  • Security deposits, if applicable, will be refunded within 7-10 business days after the device is returned and inspected.
  • If a cancellation occurs before the device is shipped, a full refund is provided. Once the rental period begins, refunds are not issued except under special circumstances.

Damage and Liability

  • Customers are responsible for any physical damage or loss of the device during the rental period.
  • Charges for repairs or replacements will be determined based on the extent of damage and current market value.
  • In case of theft or loss, customers must report the incident immediately and may be required to cover the replacement cost.
