Delivery Terms

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details. Any errors in the provided address that result in delays or non-delivery will be the customer’s responsibility.
  • Deliveries will require a valid government-issued ID for verification upon receipt.
  • If a customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, reattempts may be scheduled, potentially leading to additional charges.

Risk and Ownership

  • The rental device remains the property of our company throughout the rental period.
  • Risk of damage or loss transfers to the customer upon successful delivery. Customers must ensure safe handling and secure storage of the device.

Delayed or Failed Delivery

  • While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier issues, weather conditions, or high demand.
  • If your order is delayed beyond the expected time, you may contact our support team for updates.
  • If a shipment is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to investigate and, if necessary, arrange a replacement.
