Delivery Terms

- If a customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, reattempts may be scheduled, potentially leading to additional charges.
Risk and Ownership
- The rental device remains the property of our company throughout the rental period.
- Risk of damage or loss transfers to the customer upon successful delivery. Customers must ensure safe handling and secure storage of the device.
Delayed or Failed Delivery
- While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier issues, weather conditions, or high demand.
- If your order is delayed beyond the expected time, you may contact our support team for updates.
- If a shipment is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to investigate and, if necessary, arrange a replacement.
